| Francis
W. Price Jr. MD, of Indianapolis, has been using a "wonderful"
synthetic crystal blade by HUCO for two years. "It's excellent
for non-penetrating deep sclerectomies," he said. Price switched
from metal blades. He explained that the HUCO blade allows him
to see through it into the tissue, which a metal blade does not;
diamond blades are too sharp for the procedure, he added. Eye
